An affiliate of Vinings Marine Group, LLC ("VMG") announced the acquisition of an additional two marinas, Shallowbag Bay Club Marina ("SBM") located in Manteo, North Carolina and Anchor Bay Marina ("ABM") located in Eclectic, Alabama. SBM contains a total of 73 wet slips, seven fueling stations, ship store, transient dockage, and the right to use the condominium association amenity package. The condominium association amenity package includes but not limited to: fitness center, pool, hot tub, and showers. ABM contains a total of 291 slips (51 wet and 240 dry), dockside restaurant, ship store, service center, fuel dock, and showroom.
Peter Anzo of Vinings says, "Including these new additions, we have now successfully acquired seven marinas. We are very excited to continue to expand our portfolio."
Vinings formally involved in the multi family industry has refocused its energies on marina acquisition exclusively. It is currently pursuing marinas in Alabama, California, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, North and South Carolina and Virginia.
