An affiliate of Vinings Marine Group, LLC announced the acquisition of Saylorville Lake Marina in Polk City, Iowa. The property contains a total of 394 wet slips, 77 inside/outside dry storage, a floating restaurant & bar, full service facility, offices, ship’s store, pump out, fuel, boat and bike rentals, banquet facility, bathroom and showers.
Peter Anzo of Vinings says, “This is the tenth marina acquisition since December 2004. We are very excited to continue to expand our portfolio.”
Vinings formally involved in the multi family industry has refocused its energies on marina acquisition exclusively. It is currently pursuing additional marinas in Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North and South Carolina and Virginia.
