An affiliate of Vinings Marine Group, LLC and Exeter D500, LLC announced the acquisition of Dockside 500 Marina in East Patchogue (Long Island), New York. The property contains a total of 415 wet slips, 375 dry slips, 20 Jet Ski docks, 20 inside storage, a Dockside Grill and Tiki Bar, catering hall, fuel docks, offices, ship’s store, pool, pump-out, sand volleyball court, picnic areas and gazebos, pool, bathroom and showers. In addition, the marina has a full-service shop available to take care of your every need - from mechanical repairs, to fiberglass and haul painting.
Peter Anzo of Vinings says, “This is the twelfth marina acquisition since December 2004 and our first of hopefully many in the northeast.”
Vinings formally involved in the multi family industry has refocused its energies on marina acquisition exclusively. It is currently pursuing additional marinas in Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North and South Carolina and Virginia.
