An affiliate of Vinings Marine Group, LLC announced the acquisition of Blue Creek Marina in Dadeville, Alabama. The property contains a total of 310 dry stack storage, full service facility, new and used boat sales, offices, ship’s store, and bathrooms.
Peter Anzo of Vinings says, “This is our second marina acquisition on Lake Martin, which allows us better market control and company synergy.”
Vinings formally involved in the multi family industry has refocused its energies on marina acquisition exclusively. It is currently pursuing additional marinas in Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North and South Carolina and Virginia.
