An affiliate of Vinings Marine Group, LLC and Exeter GC, LLC announced the acquisition of Glen Cove Marina in Glen Cove, New York. The marina is located on Long Island’s Gold Coast just 20 miles from New York City. The property contains a total of 306 wet slips, land storage, a restaurant, fuel docks, offices, tackle shop, bathroom and showers. In addition, the marina has a full-service shop available to take care of your every need - from mechanical repairs, to fiberglass and hull painting.
Peter Anzo of Vinings says, “This is the thirteenth marina acquisition since December 2004 and our second in the northeast.”
Vinings formally involved in the multi family industry has refocused its energies on marina acquisition exclusively. It is currently pursuing additional marinas in Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North and South Carolina and Virginia.
